Avani Agro is the owner of the brand ‘Fisheaz’ and the website www.fisheaz.in
1. Customer Registration and Privacy Policy
The site provides Registration / Sign up process to create an account with Fisheaz, which enables us to serve our Customers better. A Fisheaz account is automatically created when order is placed on our website or through Tele calling
The following personally identifiable information is collected for the account creation & Orders.
Name – first and last name; b) email address; c) Telephone Numbers – Mobile/ Landline, d) Billing & Delivery Addresses.
By completing the registration or placing an order, the Customer agrees to receive promotional and transactional communication, text messages, mobile notifications, phone calls and newsletters. The Customer can opt out by using ‘Unsubscribe’ Option, by calling Customer Service or by sending email to contact@fisheaz.in

Any person deemed to competent by the above law can & is free to Register or Sign up.
3. Terms of Site access
The access to this site (www.fisheaz.online) is for personal use of the Customer and not for any commercial use
No portions of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of AVANI AGRO such as accessing its contents for collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices.
Any derivative use of this site or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools is not allowed.
Further no Customer is authorized to frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) on the Site without express written consent.
Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permission granted by AVANI AGRO
4.Pricing
Prices displayed for all the products on www.fisheaz.online exclude GST. The prices of all products mentioned at the time of ordering will be charged on the date of the delivery. In case of pre orders for delivery on a specific date and should there be any significant increase/decrease in prices on that day, the excess amount will be charged/refunded accordingly. The order will be processed only upon prior approval of the same from customer over the phone.
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
5.Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within one hour of ordering either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. We recommend customers to call support team to inform about the cancellation done online.
AVANI AGRO reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a Customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website.
6.Delivery – Charges,Terms & Conditions
Min Order value Rs 400
Order Value (Rs 400 – 1600), Delivery Charges Rs 30 for locations within 5 km Radius from Mehdipatnam X Roads
Order Value (Rs 400 – 1600), Delivery Charges Rs 60 for locations between 5 km – 10 km Radius from Mehdipatnam X Roads
Order Value above Rs 1600/- = Free ( 0 – Zero Charges)
The Customer agree/ensures to provide and correct & proper delivery address.
The Customer agree/ensures to carefully check the product descriptions before placing the order and to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
The Customer agrees to check the products at the time of delivery.
Delivery of the orders will be made only to the addresses mentioned at the time of booking, however change of address is accepted if the order has not been despatched at the time of calling
The Customer agrees to pay extra cost claimed by www.Fisheaz.online (AVANI AGRO) in the case of redelivery due to wrong name or address or any other wrong information provided while booking order.
www.Fisheaz.online will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of the orders in circumstances/situations beyond our control like Natural calamities, traffic diversions, accidents, strikes etc. and customer agrees to accept the delivery and is liable to make full payment as per order in case of COD.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy is driven by our core value of Total Customer Satisfaction, hence should there be any issues relating to Quality or freshness, we will replace the order with either same product or product of your choice or refund the amount.
8. Pictures & Colours
AVANI AGRO has have made every effort to display the products and its colours on the Website as accurately as possible. AVANI AGRO does not guarantee nor take responsibility for variations in pictorial representations for fresh foods and colour variation due to technical reasons.
9.Customer Reviews & Feedback
Customer reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions submitted or offered on www.fisheaz.online in connection with use of this Site (collectively, the “Feedback”) shall be and remain the property of AVANI AGRO.
The Customer review and feedback made on the site shall constitute an assignment to AVANI AGRO of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Feedback and AVANI AGRO shall have exclusive rights, titles and interests therein without being limited in any way for its use, commercial or otherwise, of the Feedback.
Further AVANI AGRO will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Feedback submitted for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating Customer in any way.
AVANI AGRO shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments.
AVANI AGRO reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site.
AVANI AGRO does not take any responsibility or assume liability for any Feedback submitted by Customers or any third party.

The Customer acknowledges that access to this Website does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of AVANI AGRO or any third party’s intellectual property rights.
AVANI AGRO expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on www.fisheaz.online.

12.Right to Modify Terms & Conditions of Service
AVANI AGRO reserves unconditional right to modify terms and conditions of transacting business on www.fisheaz.online without any prior notification and consent of customers.
When a registered customer accesses www.fisheaz.online, he or she is deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms & Conditions on the Site.
13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This website originates & operates from Hyderabad. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India and any differences, disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Hyderabad.
14.Obligations of Visitor / Customer
As a Visitor / Customer you unconditionally undertake that you will not use www.fisheaz.online for:

• To be solely responsible for the content of any Customer Feedback made and agree upon to indemnify AVANI AGRO for all claims resulting from such CustomerFeedback submitted.
15.Customer/Visitor Indemnification
As a Customer/visitor, You hereby agree upon to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless AVANI AGRO, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon my actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to AVANI AGRO or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service to other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement. We may terminate this User Agreement at any time, without notice or liability to AVANI AGRO.
